La Caja Museo Contemporáneo de Arte, curated by Martha Papadimitriou, is a museum inside a museum. La Caja is made up of two parts: a miniature contemporary museum (the Small), the concept and centerpiece of the exhibition; and the exhibition of twenty-one paintings and sculptures displayed in a traditional museum gallery setting (the Huge) by prominent contemporary artists from Mexico.
